Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every Hauno order includes free shipping—no minimums, no hidden fees. We believe your shopping experience should be as effortless as wearing your new timepiece.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within Ireland. This allows us to maintain a reliable, fast, and high-quality service. If we expand to new regions, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? That’s okay. You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your watch. Just send us an email at support@hauno.com and we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
